Boys Hockey
Lurgan College has a 1st X1 and an Under 16 boys hockey team. The 1st X1 are currently competing in Tier 2 of the McCullough Cup and also enter the Burney Cup in the second half of the season. The Under 16 team look forward to competing in The Taylor Cup. The teams train on a Thursday afternoon from 3.35 – 4.45pm and this is a great opportunity for boys to improve and for some to learn a new skill. Hockey is also an option in games sessions on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
This year the senior team is being captained by Daniel Reavie who scored the goal in an early season 1-1 draw away to Armagh Royal in the McCullough Cup.
